I've already had the first entry here vanish when I tried posting. If this survives, I'll try again later.

I'm more interested in hearing others' stories anyway...so tell us where you've been and what you've done. Hopefully, my attempt to describe a "topic"...somewhere to the right of your screen...survived and will help illuminate the purpose of this blog.

(If anyone knows what I'm meant to be doing with the "tags" box below, I'd appreciate some guidance.)

Tags are search words, so if you're doing travel, you can use words like Travel, USA, Cheesecake...whatever you want that would help users search (though I think few of us actually search by tags).
